The FREE GIANT SILK MOTH ORCHID prize draw closes at 11.59pm (GMT) on 2nd December 2009 (the Closing Time) and is open to all personal orders. Orders that are deemed to include commercial quantities will be excluded. All personal orders received online through www.rainbowflowers.co.uk before the Closing Time will be included in a prize draw and the winner will be drawn at random by the e-commerce manager under the independent supervision of a director. The winner will be notified within 14 days and will receive the Giant Silk Moth Orchid between 14th and 24th December 2009. There will be no cash alternative. Only one order per household will be entered into the draw. Rainbow Flowers & Gifts accepts no responsibility/liability for any and all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions or any human error that may occur on collecting, processing and transmission of data. In the event that data entered for the draw becomes corrupted, this data will be excluded from the prize draw. Rainbow Flowers & Gifts shall not be liable for any taxes associated with this prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

Rainbow Flowers & Gifts reserve the right not to respond to such requests if received more than ninety (90) days after the winner is chosen.
