The Scented Orchid 'Star Class' prize draw closes at 11.59pm (GMT) on Tuesday 29th February 2012 (The Closing Time) and is open to all personal orders. All personal orders received online through www.rainbowflowers.co.uk before the Closing Time will be included in the prize draw and the winner will be drawn at random by the E-commerce Manager under the independent supervision of a director. The winner will be notified within 14 days and the Scented Orchid 'Star Class' will be delivered by the end of March 2012. There will be no cash alternative. Rainbow Flowers & Gifts accepts no responsibility/liability for any and all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions or any human error that may occur on collecting, processing and transmission of data. In the event that data entered for the draw becomes corrupted, this data will be excluded from the prize draw. Rainbow Flowers & Gifts shall not be liable for any taxes associated with this prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
The name and county of the prize winner will be made available following receipt of an appropriately worded letter addressed and sent to Scented Orchid 'Star Class' Prize Draw, Rainbow Flowers & Gifts, PO Box 859, Poplar lane, Ipswich IP1 9LT, enclosing a stamp addressed envelope. Rainbow Flowers & Gifts reserve the right not to respond to such requests if received more than ninety (90) days after the winner is chosen. The above offer only applies to orders made online through www.rainbowflowers.co.uk. All orders are subject to acceptance under Rainbow Flowers & Gifts standard terms and conditions.
