On the product page click Add to Basket. Out-of-stock products are marked as such and cannot be added to your order. When you click Add to Basket you will be taken to a new screen, where you will need to complete the delivery details for the gift you have selected. If you wish to order more than one of an item for delivery to the same address, this can be done at the shopping basket stage.
Delivery addresses you have used before will still be stored (provided you have not deleted cookies). You can select one of these from a drop-down list or enter a new address. Next, add a message if required and then choose a delivery date. Finally, click Add to Basket at the bottom of the page. To add more gifts, simply repeat this process.
When you have finished selecting your gift(s) and added delivery details, click on Shopping Basket. You will see a list of items added, showing the delivery address and date for each item. You have 14 days to build and submit an order before your Shopping Basket resets to zero. At this stage you can change quantities in your basket, if required, but remember to click Update to register the changes. When you are happy with your basket contents, click Checkout.
Once you have clicked on Checkout you will be asked to enter your billing address (including an e-mail address so that we can confirm your order and a telephone number in case we have any queries with your order) and payment details, and finally to confirm all details are correct by clicking on Submit your Order.
Please note: once you have submitted your order, you will not be able to make changes to it.
After submitting your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
