Our luxury chocolates are made by hand using only the finest ingredients, including Guernsey butter, cream and honey for a truly authentic Channel Island’s taste. Crisp milk, dark and white chocolate shells of our Chocolate Truffles encase melt-in-the-mouth ganache infused with flavours such as Armagnac, ginger, raspberry, champagne & strawberry, vanilla, peach, cappuccino, Bailey’s, rhubarb & custard, crunchy praline and basil. Totally moreish.
